Ingests case records, retrieves evidence with hybrid search and routes each question to the right specialist workflow: timeline, witness contradictions, case facts or evidence assessment. Answers come back as validated, cited, structured findings with explicit limitations. It is built to support investigators, not to give legal advice.

Redesign and rebuild of the official Swecha website.

A ground-up overhaul of swecha.org's presentation layer: static-first Astro with island hydration, an atomic component library in Storybook, offline PWA support and full English / Hindi / Telugu localisation, with a focus on accessibility, responsive layouts and visual hierarchy.

DigAlert

Smart permit intelligence that stops cities from digging the same road twice.

Hyderabad's roads get dug up again and again because water, power, gas and fibre agencies plan their excavations separately. DigAlert checks every new permit for clashes within 150 m and overlapping dates, then proposes a shared co-dig window. It serves three roles: citizens report hazards, utility agencies get clash alerts, and GHMC admins resolve clashes and track the savings.

  • Haversine clash engine (150 m radius + same-segment + date overlap) that runs inside the permit request
  • Co-dig recommendations with estimated ₹ savings
  • Role-based dashboards for citizens, utilities and admins with JWT auth
  • Leaflet map of permits, complaints and clashes; Recharts analytics; CSV export

Swecha Activity Tracker Redesign

UI/UX redesign of the production dashboard for internship and stand-up tracking.

Redesigned Swecha's production Activity Tracker, the dashboard interns and mentors use every day for stand-ups and progress tracking. I reworked navigation and information architecture, simplified verification workflows and analytics, and rebuilt the UI as reusable, glassmorphism-inspired components with dual themes and multilingual support.
